Cancellation/Refunds Policy

Once added to a members card credits for activities on the HiSpeed Golf platform are non refundable. However, should end users experience any technical difficulties then they should make a written request for a refund either at the venue or directly to customer service quoting the following:
  • Membership card number
  • name and postal address
  • phone number
  • email contact

Customer Services will contact you within 5 working days.

Members need to be in possession of the original receipt.

All credits expire if not used within six months
