TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Hi Speed Golf is open to players of all ages but players under the age of 18 are not eligible to take part in Prize Challenges. If a player is found to have breached this condition they will not be entitled to receive a prize from the Prize Challenge and Global Play Golf will have the discretion to cancel that player’s membership.
   
   
2. Each Hi Speed Golf account is for the exclusive use of the named member.
   
   
3. Employees of Global Play Golf Limited and employees of driving range companies hosting HiSpeed Golf platforms are excluded from winning prize challenges.
   
   
4. The R&A’s Rules of Amateur Status provide that an amateur golfer must not play golf for prize money or its equivalent in a match, competition or exhibition (Rule 3-1). These rules also provide that an amateur golfer must not accept a prize or prize voucher with a retail value in excess of £500 in any one competition or series of competitions (Rule 3-2). These rules apply to all golf competitions, including competitions which make use of a golf simulator such as Hi Speed Golf.
   
   

   The R&A’s Rules of Amateur Status also provide that an amateur golfer may participate in an event where prize money or its equivalent is offered, provided that prior to participation he waives his right to accept prize money in that event. When you enter a Hi Speed Golf Prize Challenge you may specify that you either wish to waive your right to receive any prize or to receive an alternative prize which conforms to the R&A’s Rules of Amateur Status.

   Global Play Golf accepts no liability for any loss of amateur status or other R&A sanctions arising from your participation in Hi Speed Golf.

   
   
   
5. Global Play Golf cannot guarantee the availability of the Hi Speed Golf system and reserves the right to suspend or remove the Hi Speed Golf system from any location at any time.
   
   
6. Credits can be used on any Hi Speed Golf system in the country at any time within 6 months from the date of purchase. Global Play Golf reserves the right to cancel any credits not used within 6 months of purchase.

8. Global Play Golf may revise these Terms and Conditions, the Game Rules and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be available on line at http://www.globalplaygolf.com/ and http://www.hi-speedgolf.com/ and, where possible, will be sent to you by email.
   
   
9. Global Play Golf will have the discretion to cancel any player’s membership if a player has breached any of these conditions or the Game Rules.
   
   
10. Hi Speed Golf is owned and operated by Global Play Golf Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06158993 whose registered office is at The Quadrangle, 2^nd Floor, Wardour Street, London W1F 8FY.
